Ingleton Waterfalls Trail
The famous Waterfalls Walk has some of the most spectacular waterfall and woodland scenery in the North of England. The walk is 4.5 miles/8 kilometres through ancient oak woodland and magnificent Dales scenery via a series of spectacular waterfalls and geological features.
Ingleton Pottery is a small family run business making high-fired, hand thrown Stoneware pottery in Ingleton, by the riverside.
The longest established working Pottery in the Yorkshire Dales.
You can see the potters working from the showroom. Workshop tours and demonstrations are available for groups by appointment.

Ingleton Swimming Pool
In it's riverside setting, Ingleton's open-air heated swimming pool is an idyllic place to swim. The pool is managed by the local community.
Open during the summer season, the pool has recently been improved and modernised and is a popular attraction with both locals and visitors.
The Station House Pottery
Built in 1850, this was the main line station for Kirkby Lonsdale. Now it has a new lease of life as the Pottery Art and Craft Tearoom.
In our workshop there is everything you need to decorate a piece of ceramic, which you will be able to take home in less than one hour.
Choose from a wide selection of white ceramic items, and personalise them with our special paint, which, when baked in our oven, is fixed, food and dishwasher safe.

England's most scenic railway.
Ribblehead station is 10 minutes drive from Ingleton. A line steeped in history but with a regular scheduled service, forming part of the National Rail Network, allowing access to the area and views of some of the finest scenery in Britain.
Ingleborough Cave
This area contains a labyrinth of underground passages and watercourses hollowed out of the limestone rock over thousands of years. The glaciers of the Ice Ages advanced over the area and have left behind a unique and picturesque landscape. On the South side of Ingleborough, near Clapham village, there are the most famous caves of the British Isles.
Yorkshire Dales Falconry & Wildlife Conservation Centre
Since the centre's creation in 1991, it has provided the public a glimpse into the sport of falconry as well as an insight to various birds of prey. However, the centre's primary goal is to assist the re-population of birds of prey around the world. The centre is part of a world wide breeding and conservation programme that hopes that one day, all of the species can be safe in their natural habitats around the world.
Skipton Castle
Over 900 years old, Skipton Castle is one of the most complete and best preserved medieval castles in England and is well worth a visit at any season of the year. Visitors can explore every corner of this impressive history-rich castle, which withstood a three-year siege during the Civil War. View the Banqueting Hall, the Kitchen, the Bedchamber and Privy. Climb from the depths of the Dungeon to the top storey of the Watch Tower.
Embsay & Bolton Abbey Steam Railway
Travel between Embsay station, built in 1888, and the new award-winning station at Bolton Abbey. Your journey takes you through picturesque Yorkshire Dales scenery. Bolton Abbey station is the ideal stopping off point for a pleasant one and a half mile walk to the ruins of the 12th Century priory. Venture a little further to picnic on the banks of the River Wharfe.
