This Race involves three separate climbs to above 2,000 feet (610m) over the Yorkshire mountains of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough.

The Three Peaks Race has long been recognised as one of the best organised mountain races in the United Kingdom and has featured on British television several times. For details of the Race visit www.threepeaksrace.org.uk Invitations offering free accommodation will be issued to selected elite mountain runners and it is hoped that many other European mountain runners will take this opportunity of visiting the beautiful Yorkshire Dales in springtime.
